Through immersive, multi-month journeys, participants build essential skills, deepen relationships with peers, and develop the resilience needed to sustain themselves as long-term leaders driving transformative change.
Our approach to Leadership Longevity
The Leadership Longevity Fellowship reflects a distinctive pedagogy grounded in evidence-based leadership development and design thinking frameworks. Each program is tailored to the unique context and aspirations of the participants and their organizations. Whether you're looking to invest in the vitality of a specific sector, build connections across a geographic region, or foster cross-sector collaboration, we design the right Fellowship experience for your goals.
Flexible Program Models
National Cohorts
Bring together mission-driven professionals from across the country, creating a powerful cross-sector, cross-regional network of leaders who learn from diverse contexts and build a nationwide support system that transcends geographic boundaries.
Place-Based Cohorts
Regional programs that strengthen leadership within a specific geography, forging deep connections among leaders working in the same community. These cohorts can be tailored to regional, state, city, or neighborhood levels, building a more resilient local ecosystem for social change.
Issue-Based Cohorts
Sector-specific programs that connect leaders working within the same field—from food systems to education to community development—creating opportunities for cross-organizational collaboration and field-wide transformation.
