Leadership Longevity is an innovative fellowship program that supports the well-being, leadership development, and sustainability of our nation's mission-driven workforce.
What is the Leadership Longevity Fellowship?
Leadership Longevity unites mission-driven professionals for an intensive cohort-based experience integrating leadership and well-being. Led by New Sector experts, the program empowers participants with skill sets, mindsets, and connections to persevere as long-term leaders for transformative change. It includes:
Building relationships with a diverse cohort of peers
Promoting well-being by learning strategies for resilience and longevity
Developing leadership competencies to increase effectiveness and impact
Addressing complex challenges through short-term action and long-term change
