Leadership Longevity Fellowship
National Cohort
In partnership with a national private family foundation
What is Included?
Two four-day, three-night in-person convenings, all expenses covered
Virtual training sessions focused on well-being, leadership, and transformative change
One-on-one and group coaching from one of New Sector’s expert facilitators and executive coaches
A supportive community of peers, including a safe place to build lifelong relationships with fellow mission-driven leaders
A fellowship project to bring learnings back to your community
Networking conversations with New Sector’s diverse network of mission-driven professionals to provide opportunities for collaboration, connection, mentorship, and building social capital

Key Program Dates
October 14-17, 2025: In-person convening and kickoff at Saguaro Lake Ranch in Mesa, Arizona
Bi-weekly from September 2025-July 2026: Virtual workshops and peer group gatherings
July 30 - August 2, 2025: In-person alumni convening, Location TBD
Who is Eligible?
The 2025-2026 National Leadership Longevity Fellowship will unite up to twenty fellows from across the United States to participate in a year-long experience alongside one another. The 2025-2026 National Leadership Longevity Fellowship will support leaders who:
Are employed full-time at a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, government, or social or environmental purpose for-profit entity
Have a total of at least five years of full-time work experience in a mission-driven organization(s)
Are mid-career, holding a mid-to-senior level position where they lead others and/or are responsible for administering a program or initiative
Are employed in and residing in the United States.
All of the above criteria must be true for a candidate to meet eligibility requirements.
