Our approach

The Partnership Pathways Pilot (3P) is an innovative and cutting-edge opportunity for nonprofit leaders to collaboratively address the challenges facing the social sector. It supports nonprofit leaders and their organizations to build the trust, relationships, and foundation needed to identify meaningful partnership and collaboration opportunities, now or in the future. The program is tailored to help stabilize and catalyze collective impact through a spectrum of opportunities – ranging from network connections, strategic collaborations, shared services, formal partnerships, to mergers and acquisitions – to strengthen the long-term sustainability of the mission and people powering the social sector.

Stackable investment models

Place-Based Cohorts

Community-based programs that build lasting connections across nonprofit leaders within a specific geography, forging deep relationships and cross-organizational networks with the community. These cohorts can be tailored to regional, state, city, or neighborhood levels, catalyzing collaboration within a local ecosystem.

Issue-Based Cohorts

Industry-specific programs that connect leaders working within the same field, such as food systems, public health, or environmental justice, creating opportunities for cross-organizational collaboration and field-wide transformation.

Issue and Place-Based Cohorts

Building connections across and between organizations working to address a common challenge or achieve a mutual mission within a place-based issue area, e.g., education, environmental justice, food systems, health, and beyond.
