Sector Sustainability Collaborative

As nonprofits face growing uncertainty driven by federal funding cuts, shifting priorities, and increasing pressure on state and local budgets, the Collaborative will help organizations assess their role in the evolving landscape, clarify a vision for future impact, and identify the strategies, structures, and partnerships needed to strengthen long-term sustainability.

The Sector Sustainability Collaborative includes two complementary tracks:

AI for Organizational Sustainability: Helping nonprofits strategically integrate AI to become more innovative, efficient, and effective while strengthening organizational sustainability and advancing their missions.

Strategic Partnerships for Sustainability: Supporting nonprofits in exploring strategic collaborations, partnerships, shared services, and, where appropriate, mergers or acquisitions to maximize impact and strengthen long-term sustainability.

Who should participate: Executive Directors or senior leaders who report directly to the Executive Director and have organizational decision-making authority.
