Digital Promise

Sangyeon Lee has over a decade of experience in public and non-profit programs, specializing in research-based, data-driven project management. As Director of Operations and Data for the Center for Learner Pathways at Digital Promise, she provides operational oversight and strategic leadership, collaborating cross-functionally to advance learner agency, well-being, and economic security. Before joining Digital Promise, Sangyeon served as an Operations Consultant at Childhood Education International and as a Program Coordinator at the Carey Institute for Global Good. In these roles, she and her teams supported educators working in crisis and forced displacement contexts. She has also held positions in higher education, research institutes, and intergovernmental organizations. Sangyeon holds an MA in International Development from the University of East Anglia in the UK and a BA in Political Science from Duksung Women’s University in South Korea.
