Sam Schultz is a public service leader with 12+ years of experience in the nonprofit sector. He currently serves as the Operations Manager at the City of Boston's Office of Small Business, where he is responsible for strategic direction, knowledge management, and financial health of the department. He brings bold energy, a spirit of collaboration, curiosity, and cultural humility to this work. Sam is genderfluid and uses he and they pronouns interchangeably. In their spare time, they design gender inclusive clothes under the label BIAS Handmade.
