Juliette Francis is a courageous and compassionate leader dedicated to creating equitable, inclusive systems that help people and communities thrive. With more than two decades of experience in mission-driven organizations, Juliette currently serves as Vice President of Mission Advancement at the Science Museum of Minnesota, where she leads philanthropy, marketing and communications, visitor services, exhibit sales and project leadership, and board engagement to deepen impact and connection.
Previously, she served as the museum’s Vice President of People & Museum Culture, advancing equity-centered talent and cultural strategy. Juliette’s career spans leadership roles in human resources, volunteer services, and operations with organizations including College Possible and Girl Scouts, where she’s built sustainable teams, transformative partnerships, and mission-aligned cultures.
Rooted in servant leadership, she’s passionate about raising the tide for the greater good by aligning purpose with action. Outside of work, Juliette finds joy in all four Minnesota seasons—spending time with family and friends, walking, puzzling, reading mysteries, and playing games that spark laughter and connection.
