Isa is a seasoned nonprofit leader, strategist, and equity-centered problem solver dedicated to creating systems where everyone has access to the resources, support, and opportunities they need to thrive. With a career spanning education, food & ecological justice, operations, risk, and compliance, they bring a uniquely interdisciplinary lens to organizational leadership and social impact.
Isa works at the intersection of climate justice, community resilience, and organizational transformation. Their work centres on strengthening equitable food systems, designing inclusive community programs, and helping mission-driven organizations build sustainable pathways for continued growth and development – whatever that may look like for an organization’s mission.
Previously, Isa held leadership roles at multiple public and third sector organizations, in addition to varied strategic and management consulting work, leadership coaching, and mentorship work.
Throughout their career, Isa has gravitated to roles that bridge strategy and direct service – complex problem-solving, change management, and impact-driven work. They have coordinated programs for FGLI and underserved populations, supported frontline services for individuals & families experiencing homelessness, and driven global risk mitigation initiatives. Across all of their work, they are known for bringing clarity, compassion, and systems-level thinking to complex challenges. They are skilled in change management, organizational development, strategic design, project leadership, intercultural communication, and building collaborative teams that deliver measurable, community-centered results.
