Cierra (Cam) Miller is an economic development and technology leader who advances initiatives that strengthen Atlanta’s tech ecosystem, support small businesses, and expand equitable economic opportunities. She has managed multi-million-dollar federal grants, built cross-sector partnerships, and designed innovative workforce and capital access programs. Cam earned her Master of Business Administration in 2024 and is passionate about bridging technology and community impact through strategy, inclusive innovation, and leadership development. Outside of work, she explores emerging technologies and mentors rising leaders in tech and social impact.
