Tuck Initiative on Workplace Inclusion at Dartmouth College
Ashley Zwick is the Executive Director of the Tuck Initiative on Workplace Inclusion at Dartmouth and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service, where she teaches a course on social impact.
As a strategist and connector, Ashley is driven by a passion for solving big problems and creating opportunities that empower as many people as possible to lead lives of abundance. In every role she has held, her focus is on building inclusive teams and people-centered organizations to create a more just world.
Ashley holds a Master of Public Administration from NYU’s Wagner School and has more than 20 years of experience across the public, private, and education sectors. She has taught and advised entrepreneurs, social innovators, and purpose-driven leaders at NYU, Cornell, Columbia Business School, the University of Michigan, and the University of Notre Dame. Prior to her work at Dartmouth, Ashley was the Managing Director of Fellowships for The OpEd Project, where she worked to elevate underrepresented voices and expand the ideas shaping public discourse.
Despite her love of cities, Ashley, her husband, and their two sons became reluctant suburbanites in the midst of COVID, relocating from New York City to Westport, Connecticut. Ashley loves short runs by the beach, long walks with friends, and holing up with a good book at The Westport Library, where she is honored to serve as a member of the Board of Trustees.
