Shanice Webb

Academic Collaborator, Facilitator, and Consultant

Shanice joined New Sector in October 2022 to support the design and rollout of the Leadership Longevity program curriculum as an Academic Collaborator. In addition to working for New Sector, Shanice is a Lecturer and Fellow at Stanford’s Life Design Lab. Shanice is also the creator of Stanford’s first-ever Designing Black Experiences course, which offers undergraduate, graduate, and professional Black students community and tools including the ability to apply design thinking principles that center the human experience to chart their future.

Shanice is committed to helping individuals gain insight, clarity and motivation towards creating a meaningful life, and has spent the last three years teaching and co-creating life design curriculum within higher education and social impact settings.Through the International Coaching Federation, Shanice is a certified life coach, and has worked with both young professionals and college students helping them connect their curiosities to their purpose.

Shanice is passionate about living a healthy, well-balanced life, and received her MA in Health and Wellness from Tulane University.
