Leveraging 20 years of corporate and nonprofit experience, Jayson is passionate about working with individuals and teams to support their personal and professional transformation. He provides individual coaching for leaders and rising talent, and facilitates team workshops on a variety of themes. Throughout his career, he thrived in various roles, from time on Wall Street to helping to scale Room to Read –one of the fastest-growing international nonprofits in history – to building out the Peery Foundation’s venture philanthropy portfolio. Jayson is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, an Integral Coach® with New Ventures West, a certified Enneagram coach, and Leadership Circle Profile practitioner. He has completed extensive training in somatic coaching, Internal Family Systems, Gestalt Team training, embodied racial equity, and trauma healing. Jayson is a graduate of Georgetown University with a BS in Business. He is a former Krav Maga self-defense instructor, a long-time Vipassana meditator, and an explorer of a variety of healing modalities. He enjoys pickleball, mountain biking, scuba diving, and all things outdoors. Jayson lives in San Francisco with his partner, where they run a free pet sitting service called Camp Jandi.
