Dilan Gomih is a workplace well-being expert and the founder of Dilagence, a company dedicated to enhancing employee engagement and workplace health. Her work has been featured in Forbes, NewsNation, Women’s Health, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, Business Insider, Oprah Daily, and PopSugar.

Having transitioned from Wall Street to leadership roles with world-renowned fitness brands, she has made it her mission to challenge the myth that well-being and hard work are incompatible. Through Dilagence, she helps leaders and organizations unlock longevity by embedding physical, mental, and emotional well-being into the fabric of work.

In addition to leading Dilagence, Dilan is a guest lecturer at Harvard Business School, a ForbesWomen contributor, a Hampton facilitator, and a member of the 2025 Stanford Center on Longevity Catalyst Program.

She earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Yale University, and she is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer specializing in behavior change and women’s fitness. In her free time, she enjoys ninja training, cooking, and rewatching Charmed.
