Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE)
Paul Wilder is the Events and Employee Engagement Coordinator at the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) and plays a strategic role in strengthening the impact of NFTE’s mission through programmatic and youth-centered events across the country while fostering the growth and cohesion of his colleagues. Before joining NFTE, Paul was a curriculum writer and grant writer for Classical Charter Schools in the South Bronx, often aiding 7th and 8th-grade students in staging scenes from Shakespeare. With degrees in both theatre and literature, Paul earned his MA in Literary Theory and Media and a graduate certificate in Women's and Gender Studies at the University of Oklahoma. There, he also taught Freshman Composition before moving with his husband and their five furry companions, to New York City. Paul is also a certified yoga instructor and, during the pandemic, began his advanced yoga teacher training, and completed an Instinctive Meditation training. His passion extends to promoting wellness and mindfulness both in his professional and personal life. Outside of work, Paul is also an active participant in the Blue Hill Troupe, a century-old theatre nonprofit, and the only theatre company in New York City that donates 100% of its proceeds to local charities.
