Leadership Longevity

Leadership Longevity is a cohort-based fellowship program that supports mission-driven leaders as individuals as they develop sustainable skills and mindsets to optimize their impact and support their efforts on the front lines of their organizations.

What is the Leadership Longevity Fellowship?

Using a lens of longevity, this six-to-twelve month fellowship program is designed to help mission driven leaders thrive in their roles today and in the future. With an emphasis on network building, wellness, design-thinking and career resilience, participants learn how to increase their impact and avoid burnout, while engaging with a dynamic and supportive community of peers.

Applications for our 2023-24 cohorts are currently closed. For more information about upcoming fellowship opportunities, please contact us or email us at llf@newsector.org. Information about our current fellows is available below.
