Dorian Ezzard is an innovative organizational culture leader with years of experience planning and executing meaningful events and developing programs to increase staff satisfaction and belonging. Dorian believes that staff deliver their best work when they can connect, contribute, and grow. As a culture champion, Dorian has committed to fostering spaces that honor people's unique gifts and dedication to their work. She is an Atlanta native who holds a B.A. from the University of Georgia in Journalism and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. In her spare time, Dorian enjoys podcasting, Peloton workouts, and supporting D.C.'s robust restaurant industry.
