Devon Moore

ScholarMatch

Devon Moore joined ScholarMatch as the Senior Director of Programs and Compliance in 2021 to lead the organization’s college access and persistence programs. Devon is an experienced administrator, specializing in launching evidence-based initiatives to support student success. She is passionate about education equity and believes that all students should have the opportunity to access college and thrive through higher education. Prior to ScholarMatch, Devon worked at Princeton, Harvard, and the University of Chicago, supporting and creating more equitable spaces for first-generation and lower-income (FGLI) students. Most recently, she was the founding director of the Center for College Student Success at the University of Chicago and directed the Chicago Academic Achievement Program. In 2017, she co-founded the FGLI Consortium, a nonprofit facilitating best practice sharing among college administrators supporting and empowering FGLI students. Devon received her master’s degree in higher education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and her bachelor's degree with high honors in art and archaeology from Princeton University. Outside of work, Devon enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her extended family.
