Summer Fellows Program

New Sector's Summer Fellows program gives undergraduates the opportunity to complete a strategic initiative for a Boston-based organization focused on environmental or social impact over the course of 10 weeks. During the program, Fellows receive training that introduces them to the social sector and allows them to develop essential, transferable career skills. Fellows benefit from the mentorship of a consultant at one of New Sector's partnering firms, including Accenture, Bridgespan, BCG, and McKinsey and receive support from New Sector staff and peer-facilitated learning teams. Through their experience, Fellows gain a better understanding of social enterprise and develop lasting relationships while helping to build an organization's ability to meet its constituents needs.
