New Sector offers custom consulting services tailored to the specific needs of corporate, academic, and social enterprise clients. These services are designed to leverage New Sector’s knowledge resources, professional experience, and extensive network to accommodate situations when clients require a specialized, dedicated consulting team to achieve their goals. Upon identifying projects that require our tailored consulting support, New Sector’s management team works to provide the highest quality:     

• Project Scoping & Work Plan Development - We partner with clients to scope projects and develop appropriate work plans. To date, most of our experience has been in the areas of growth and scaling, performance measurement, strategic business planning, strategic marketing, and talent development.
• Team Recruitment, Interviewing, Selection, and Support - We leverage our brand to market custom consulting opportunities to thousands of experienced consultants at our partner consulting firms and thousands of alumni at our partner academic institutions. We put each applicant through a rigorous screening process and ensure that the team composition is appropriate given our client’s needs and goals.
• Knowledge Resources - We provide all teams with access to New Sector’s proprietary Knowledge Navigator. This knowledge repository provides access to New Sector’s prior experience on various consulting topics, management functions, industries and sub-sectors, as well as external knowledge resources.  It also includes trainings on numerous topics relevant to project success.
• Advisory Support - We recruit subject matter experts as Advisors for each custom consulting project by engaging consulting firm leaders, academic faculty members with relevant areas of focus, top social enterprise practitioners, and others in our extensive network. Advisors typically serve on a Steering Committee or Advisory Board for New Sector custom engagements.
