Our mission at New Sector Alliance is to accelerate social change by strengthening organizations today while developing leaders for tomorrow.
Our vision is a “New Sector” where academic, business, and social sector leaders work collaboratively to address society’s most pressing challenges and opportunities.
We do this by bringing together talented emerging leaders who are pursuing careers in the social sector, business professionals with expertise in a variety of different fields, and nonprofits looking to build their capacity and better serve their beneficiaries. Through a nationally competitive recruiting process, we engage emerging leaders who complete fellowships with nonprofit organizations serving full-time to build organizational capacity. Throughout the program, fellows receive intensive professional development, mentorship, and coaching from business, nonprofit, and management consulting professionals.
